Our ground floor studio has a fabulous domed ceiling & is a warm cocoon away from the world; it is clean & quiet with loads of props, blankets & bolsters for 20 people. The upstairs studio has lots of natural light & is fitted with FAR infra-red heating to provide us with heat for Hot & Warm Yoga, it is equally well kitted out with props for 18 people.
We have 10+ teachers, providing 25+ classes per week, with everything from beginner’s courses to Kundalini, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hot Core Yoga, Nidra, Meditation, Relaxation, Warm Yoga, Hot Flow, Hot 26, Yin, Restorative & Yin:Yang, to mention but a few.
These two clean, warm spaces are a tranquil corner in Manor Royal’s business district for the people of Crawley to come to slow down & be part of our growing yoga community.
